Bringing a lunar mission to life
For the Lunar Rover Simulator at the Olsztyn Planetarium, we produced the complete visual content displayed across the simulator’s panoramic screens. Our goal was to create the illusion of a real expedition across the Moon’s surface, combining cinematic storytelling with scientific credibility and spatial immersion. The experience presents a photorealistic lunar landscape, historic Apollo landing sites, research equipment and future human infrastructure, all synchronized with the simulator’s motion and audio system.
Working closely with the project’s technical requirements, we designed content that seamlessly integrates with the physical simulator. Every sequence was created to reinforce the sensation of movement and presence, transforming a short educational ride into a believable journey through one of humanity’s most ambitious frontiers.
Designed for immersive storytelling
Creating content for a motion simulator requires more than producing beautiful visuals. Camera movement, scene composition, pacing and environmental scale must all work together with synchronized vibration, sound and the architecture of the cabin. The result is an experience that feels natural, engaging and convincing from the first moment to the last.
